We do not accept to cancel the order on first 15 days.

Shipping

Exchange and cash refund should be made within 7 days with receipt, provided that the goods are with original package and in good conditions.We will not responsible for any loss or damages due to accidents and man-kind behavior.

All products can be exchanged once only. After checked the returned damaged products and certifications, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange request. 

Customer should return the damaged products and delivery invoice to us for investigation, in order to process the redemption.

Returns

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-

related levy is the responsibility of our customers. we cannot make any 

guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.If customer do not pay the tax, we do not accept refund.

Before we deliver, we will contact the recipient to make an appointment.

Change of Delivery Address 

Please e-mail or contact our office if you want to change your delivery address after order confirmation. You may have to pay for the extra cost incurred. Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we will not accept any request for the change of delivery address. We are not responsible for any loss which might incur to the customer.
